In October, our good friends the Mazeikas came to visit and we all watched the A&M-Tech game together. Here are the boys freshly bathed and running around in their skivvies:

I wanted to get some photos of Asa with this pumpkin, but he would only hold it for about 2 seconds and throw it down and/or run off. Here's the best two I got, if that tells you anything.

After a month of nagging, Matt finally replaced the ugly gold flusher on the potty. These kind of jobs aren't so bad when you have a helper.

WE'RE BACK!

I can't BELIEVE it's been more than a month since we last posted. It has been crazy here with some work projects, lots of playgroups and new things to do in the 'hood and some visitors too. I'll get started with some photos from the State Fair. My sister and her family (including my brand new niece Kendall) came in town for the festivities.

Here is Asa just chilling out while cousin Kayla got an LSU Tiger painted on her face. I tried to talk her into a Golden Eagle, but she wasn't having it.

Here is the finished Tiger. Pretty cool, huh?

Here is the fair barker that performs every hour. We got there early and I didn't tell Kayla anything about it. That curtain opened, and man, I thought she was going to jump out of her skin.

Does anyone remember BORIS from last year's fair pictures? Well, he was back this year. Asa has gained a couple pounds on him, but needs to put on 1,144 more to match him. To give you an idea of just how massive Boris is...

...Here is a photo of his balls. Though now I'm regretting I didn't put something near them to show the relative size, like a quarter. Or Honda Civic.
